Request deletion of your SiteBahi account
Use this page even if you cannot open the app. We verify requests to prevent someone else from deleting your construction records.
How to request deletion
Email santosh.ray.dev@gmail.com from an address you can access. Include the phone number used for SiteBahi and the words “account deletion.” Do not send your OTP, device PIN or identity documents in the first email.
In the Android app
Open More, choose Privacy & diagnostics, then select Request account & data deletion. This opens this same deletion pathway.
Verification and timing
SiteBahi will verify control of the account phone number and confirm the scope of the request. We target completion within 30 days after verification and will confirm when processing is complete.
What is deleted
The account profile, authentication access, device associations and personal data used only for that account are deleted. Pending offline data on the user’s device can be removed by signing out and choosing to discard local work, or by uninstalling SiteBahi.
Records that may remain
Shared construction records may need to remain for another authorized site participant’s audit history, security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Where retention is necessary, access is restricted and personal identity is minimized where feasible. SiteBahi will explain any exception that applies to the request.
